Founder | Nurse Practitioner
Marisa Medina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the visionary behind LuxeMed Wellness & Aesthetics. With a deep passion for personalized care, Marisa blends advanced medical expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach — helping individuals look and feel their best from the inside out.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare and wellness, Marisa founded LuxeMed to create a space where science-backed treatments meet real-life results. Her specialties include medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and aesthetic medicine, and she is known for her honest, down-to-earth style that puts clients at ease.
Driven by the belief that true wellness is more than just physical, Marisa takes the time to understand each patient’s story, goals, and lifestyle. She’s committed to delivering care that’s not only effective, but empowering.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Marisa with her family, enjoying a concert, traveling, or cheering on her patients as they reach their milestones.

Carlos Medina
Co-Owner | Operations & Marketing Director
Carlos Medina is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps LuxeMed running smoothly. As co-owner of LuxeMed Wellness & Aesthetics, Carlos leads clinic operations, business strategy, and marketing — all with a commitment to making sure every client receives the exceptional experience they deserve.
With a strong background in leadership, technology, and business management, Carlos is dedicated to ensuring LuxeMed stays efficient, welcoming, and always focused on results. From overseeing day-to-day operations to refining the client’s journey, he works to make sure everything flows seamlessly — for both the team and the patients.
You’ll often find Carlos assisting in the clinic and staying actively engaged in the LuxeMed environment. His approachable style and genuine care helps make LuxeMed feel more like a community than just a clinic.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys time with his wife and LuxeMed founder, Marisa, and their three children — always working together toward their shared vision of wellness, trust, and transformative care.

Megan Gajcak
Practice Manager | Certified Nutrition Coach
Megan is the Practice Manager at LuxeMed Wellness & Aesthetics and an essential part of the patient experience, combining her clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others feel their absolute best. As both a Medical Assistant and Certified Nutrition Coach, Megan supports patients through every step of their wellness journey by providing encouragement, education, and compassionate care.
With a strong background in healthcare and wellness, Megan brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to patient care and daily operations at LuxeMed. Whether she’s assisting with treatments in the office, coordinating patient care, or guiding clients through sustainable lifestyle changes, her focus is always on creating a welcoming environment and helping patients achieve lasting, realistic results.
Megan is especially passionate about supporting medical weight loss and hormone therapy patients, understanding firsthand how transformative personalized care and support can be. Her positive energy, empathy, and dedication help patients feel motivated, confident, and cared for throughout their journey.
Outside of LuxeMed, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their sweet pup, Penny, as well as enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

Marisol
Registered Nurse
Marisol, RN, BSN, is a licensed aesthetic nurse with nearly five years of experience in aesthetics and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. She is dedicated to providing safe, personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing patient education, trust, and long-term results.
Marisol believes aesthetics is a balance of science, skill, and artistry. Her commitment to continuous growth and excellence has led her to pursue an MBA, allowing her to expand her knowledge beyond clinical practice and better serve her patients and community through thoughtful, high-quality care.
Known for her warm and welcoming approach, Marisol strives to create an environment where every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. She values honest communication and believes the best results come from building strong relationships based on trust and individualized care.
Outside of aesthetics, Marisol is a devoted wife, mother of three sons, and proud grandmother of three. She enjoys bike riding, horseback riding, watching sports, and spending quality time with her family on their farm—activities that keep her grounded, inspired, and connected to what matters most.

Payton
Licensed Esthetician
Payton is a licensed esthetician and graduate of the Naperville Skin Institute with a passion for corrective skincare and acne treatments. After experiencing her own personal acne journey, she understands the emotional impact skin concerns can have and is dedicated to helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in their skin.
Payton specializes in personalized skincare treatments designed to support healthy, radiant skin while addressing each client’s unique concerns and goals. She especially loves the facial massage portion of treatments and enjoys creating a relaxing, restorative experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed both inside and out.
She is committed to continuously advancing her education to ensure her clients receive the best possible results, staying up to date with the latest techniques and innovations in skincare.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Payton enjoys soaking up the sun, spending time with loved ones, staying active in the gym, and traveling. She also has a soft spot for sweets and will never say no to ice cream or a good sweet treat.

Registered Nurse
Rosie, RN, is an experienced aesthetic nurse with 16 years of nursing experience and a passion for helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. At LuxeMed Wellness & Aesthetics, Rosie combines her clinical expertise with a warm, personalized approach to create natural-looking results tailored to each patient’s goals.
Dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetics, Rosie is continually expanding her knowledge and refining her skills to provide the highest level of care. She believes that confidence and self-care go hand in hand and loves helping patients look and feel their absolute best.
Outside of LuxeMed, Rosie is a proud wife and mother of four who understands the importance of balance, wellness, and making time for yourself.
